How to lose weight – Episode one

I have noticed that many people are requesting me to write about weight

loss. I am writing this blog post to help my friends and readers who want to

lose weight!

Men losing weight process

It is important to know after working out , how our body loses fat.

When you train , you will notice that your cheeks are starting to get inside ,

your butt start getting inside and eventually all the fat you can grab i.e your

belly and side waists will start to shrink! This is how fat burning process

works for men 😀

Women losing weight process

On the contrary , for women , you will notice that your breasts starts getting

inside , you feel a sudden change from the sides of your body till the front! 😀

3 main muscles to help you see results

The thing here is that we need to target the biggest muscles of our body .

Why? 😱

This is because when you train our biggest muscle group we need to put

high energy and high intensity. As a result, unknowingly we are burning

more and more calories ( I call this “the blind man workout”)

  • Muscle one : Back
    > Bent over t-bar row ( 5 sets of 5-10 reps)
    > Close grip pull down ( 5 sets of 5-10 reps)
    > Gorilla swing ( 5 sets of 5-10 reps)
    > Straight arm rope lat pull down ( 5 sets of 5-10 reps)
  • Muscle two : Chest
    > Incline flyes ( 5 sets of 5-10 reps)
    > Flat bench press ( 5 sets of 5-10 reps)
    >Flat knee push up ( 5 sets to failure)
  • Muscle three : Legs
    > Straight legged dead lift ( 5 sets of 5-10 reps)
    > Leg press ( 5 sets of 5-10 reps)
    > Squat (Body weight – 50 reps )
    > Squat ( with weight 5 sets of 5-10 reps)

Point(s) to consider

5 sets of 5-10 reps ; Burning fats means using a working for cutting! We

need to cut those excessive calories 😛

Doing cardio is good I would say 30 mins 4 times a week after your

workouts mentioned above. Take it easy guys 🤠

Always check your weight every 20 days! Take measurements and keep

tracking while you are improving

For my summing up of this post ,

Make use of the assault fitness bike

Proven machine use by my brother who says he is seeing progress

You need to be patient because , it takes 40 days for you to change a habit.

Most important, be dedicated , don’t go to gym twice a day this will result

into injuries! Keep working out you will see results because I know people
