No time for gym? – Series

I was having a chat with some friends of mine some were girls and some were boys. They all had the same issue!

They don’t get time like me to go to the gym. I can understand them and I have come up with a solution – No time for gym series

Difference between gym workout and home workout

One thing you need to keep in mind , in the gym , you have various machine & gym equipment made to hit specific muscles in our body.

When you are at home you have nothing like that. It’s okay! You just need a pair of dumbbells and a school bag with some books and a gym Matt or something you can lie down on.

Resistance Training

Chest workout
  • Normal push up
  • Incline push up
  • Modified push up

In case you are a beginner or are not being able to do push up , do check out this video in which I got a clear explanation of how doing it.

If you want more explanation like if you are an overweight person and can’t do push up, do tell me in the comment section.

Legs workout
  • Squat
  • Split Squat
    This is very simple , you just stay in the lunge position and squat. That is simple . More explanation on this workout in this clip . Note you can add some weight at home using our very special school bag with books 😉
  • Lunges both front & back
Abs workout
  • Crunches 15 reps
  • Leg raise 15 reps
  • Bicycle crunch
  • Reverse Crunch
  • Planks 30 sec – 2 mins
Triceps & Biceps
  • School bag / Dumbbell curls (Biceps)
  • School bag / Dumbbell triceps extension (Triceps)

Cardio

Running is the best form of cardio
  • Swimming
  • Football – most people are now playing futsal so don’t be so lazy guys & girls!
  • Hiking
  • Running(on sand) – this will give you stronger calves
  • Walking for miles

Don’t(s)

Do not invest highly in buying home equipments . It won’t make you go anywhere. Start by buying a pair of dumbbells. Once you feel those dumbbells are not causing tension in your muscles , you can invest a bit more to buy a dumbbell of greater weights.

I would recommend you buy a dumbbell you can assemble weights . In such a way you can buy the weights later on 💪💪

I was talking about this type

You need to perform those exercises 30 min daily . It is only then you will be able to see results. Else it will become very hard for you to become satisfied of the project you have started.

Conclusion

Indeed, you won’t get results as when you workout in a gym because there is much variety of equipments over there. However, if you are dedicated you will surely be FIT if you follow my above information. I have been trying these for months before I step up in my gym journey. Hope it helps you
