Want to grow muscles and stop being called skinny?

From the last 5 months I have been trying with various workout programs and I happened to get the best workout that can help my skinny friends to bulk up!

See the thing that without any doubt , we should hit all muscles at one go using complex exercises rather than concentration exercises.

Important things to consider..

As a beginner , you will encounter many big muscles guy who will approach you and tell you that you are doing wrong etc..you just listen you may try their tips BUT if it does not work get back to your workout routine.

To be frank, I was often asking myself “Man how these guys got so buffed? Will I progress or not” You see , this is called a distraction!

These are unnecessary distractions because you don’t know how much time, what shortcuts they have taken to become like that. We are normal people so we will reach our destination in a normal way

My tip to avoid distractions was to put on my Headset and listen to my best music.

Supplements?

Hell yeah! Without supplements you are not going anywhere! Forget about those who says “I didn’t take supplements” They’re lying! I am telling this because , you can eat how much you want but supplements give you a little push to those muscle building process.
